Hi Kim,
I want to make your Nutella fudge brownies, and have a question. Is your mini muffin pan for 12 or 24. My pan is for 24, so would double your recipe?
Thanks Becky

The blizzard dumped 24" of snow and 40mph winds on us and we haven't seen the snowplow yet. Wish I was in San Diego today!

Hi KIm,
I was wondering if you might be able to help me out on a small technical problem I'm having with Facebook. I see on Facebook wall that when you post a blog the photo comes up in the top bar along with four other photos, and it comes up below with the link to the blog.
When I tried it with a certain plugin, it came up on my home profile page, not MyHealthyEatingHabits. What are you using?

P.S. I tried to send you this message three time with the "Contact Me" box, but it said it was the wrong code. It not working correctly. I had the code correct the letters are clear to see and I was aware of the code being case sensitive.

Hey there! I was wondering if I could not use a bread machine for the Semolina Pizza Dough and do it by hand? Or does this recipe must have a bread machine. Thanks! X

Amber... so sorry I didn't see your comment earlier!! You absolutely can make the pizza dough by hand! Any bread can be made with good old elbow grease, it just takes a little more work!

Hi Kim,
First off I would like to say that you make food look amazing! After surfing through pages and pages of cornbread recipes, I finally landed on yours and it was love at first site.:) That being said, I think there's a typo on the custard-filled cornbread recipe. It calls for only 1/4 cup of cornmeal, but I found the original recipe online, which calls for 3/4 cup. Also, do you think it would make a difference if I used white cornmeal instead of yellow? Thanks and happy new year!

Happy New Year Gabby!! Thanks for your lovely note. You've started my year with a smile!
Thank you also for the typo tip... I think you are right, the recipe should read 3/4 cup cornmeal. It really wouldn't be cornbread with 1/4 cup...!! I appreciate the catch, and I've made the change on our post.
As for yellow or white, I don't think it would make a difference at all. Flavor should be very similar and just the appearance a bit different.
Let us know if you try it! This was my neighbor's recipe, and I was so thankful they introduced it to us. Enjoy!
